Session FAQ's

Can we choose our locations?

Yes, we work mainly in the Saratoga county (Saratoga Springs) area but are always willing to travel to other areas, just tell us your ideas and we can help make them happen!

What does a minimum purchase mean?

All of our sessions require a minimum purchase order of $350.  This is the minimum amount a client must invest on their images.

What does the session fee cover?

Your session fees is due at the time you book your session, this is to hold your date/appointment. This fee covers the time, a phone consultation, ordering session, online viewing gallery, talent and creativity of the photographer. This fee is due before the session to hold the date. What method of payments do you accept?

We currently accept cash, checks, money orders and Pay Pal via the Online Store.

How do I view my images?

All images will be uploaded on our website for viewing and purchasing. Clients will be provided a secure online link with access to the images about 7 days from your photography session via the Online Store.

Can we meet before our session?

Absolutely! We can meet with clients to go over all the details about their session experience.  Most clients prefer to discuss the sessions details via a phone consultation but we have no problem in doing this in person as well! We will go over all the details of your session like hair, clothing style, outfits, locations, etc. This way we can focus on having an amazing time and the fun we will have at your session. Our goal together is for you to have images that you will love!

When will I get my order?

Typically customer orders are completed and delivered within two weeks of placing your order. Your order will be shipped directly to the address that was provided when placing the order. A shipping fee of $10 is added to all orders.

How soon will we get to see the images and place an order?

Once you're photography session is completed, your images will be provided online for viewing and ordering in a private gallery within 7 days. *Terms: Your images will be available for 14 days in order for you to place your order, if your order is not received in that time period, your Online Viewing will be De-Activated and a $25 fee will be charged to Re-Activate your account. If you place your order within the 14 days, your online viewing and ordering system will remain Online for 90 days.

What if we cant make our session?

Life happens and sometimes we can't control it, that's OK. As long as you call within two days of your session we can get you scheduled for another time within the next few weeks.

Can I order more later?

Your images will be available to you for 90 days from the date of receiving your online gallery link. We suggest that you use this time to place all orders, you can place an order after the 90 day mark, however, there will be an additional fee. *Terms: Your images will be available for 14 days in order for you to place your order, if your order is not received in that time period, your Online Viewing will be De-Activated and a $25 fee will be charged to Re-Activate your account. If you place your order within the 14 days, your online viewing and ordering system will remain Online for 90 days.

Can I have digital copies of my images?

Yes, the online gallery supplies two options for purchasing digital images, All high resolution images taken for $350 or one high resolution image for $75.

When is my order amount due?

Your order amount is due in full when the order is placed.
